Your data rights (current app behaviour)
- Download my data — full JSON export (identity + booking, catalog, matchmaking, payments, notify, and AI slices) from Profile → Privacy & data.
- Delete my account — immediately closes your account and revokes sessions; a background worker purges data across all services after a 30-day grace period. Save your erasure reference ID.
- Notification preferences — toggle push, email, and SMS (plus quiet hours) in your account settings when available.
- Complain — Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
AI & Performance DNA
Coaches upload voice notes, text, or video clips (linked to a session). Files go to Google Cloud Storage in europe-west4 (Eemshaven, NL), are analysed by Vertex AI (Gemini), and produce spider-chart skill scores plus a short summary. Raw files auto-delete after 90 days. We do not train public AI models on your content. Details: Privacy Policy §5.
