Facility owners list their venue on MatchBase so players can find and book courts, and manage everything from a facility dashboard.
Add your venue and courts
Onboarding creates your venue and its courts in one step. Add contact phone, email, and website so players can reach your desk before booking. You can edit the venue later — courts, prices, contact, photos — from the facility dashboard.
Court status
Mark a court inactive when it is unavailable (maintenance, closure). The app shows how many upcoming bookings will be cancelled and notifies affected players. You can pause the whole venue listing to hide it from search temporarily.
Court availability
Set and edit court availability from the facility detail page. This feeds the date-first booking grid athletes use, where every court's free slots for a chosen date appear together.
Manage bookings
Your dashboard shows pending court bookings. You (and your staff) can approve, reject, complete, or mark no-show on each booking, with links through to the booking detail.
Invite and manage staff
Invite team members by email from your facility dashboard. They accept via an invite link, which grants them the facility staff role.
What staff can and can't do
Facility staff can approve court bookings and manage availability on your behalf. They cannot edit the venue or courts, invite other staff, or access payouts — those stay with the owner.
Payouts
Facility owners receive payouts through Stripe Connect, the same way coaches do — link your bank from the Payouts page, and captured court-booking funds are paid out to your connected account. See Booking & payments for the escrow flow.
