Video review lets you pay a coach to watch a short clip of your play and send back feedback — with no live session, court, or time slot to arrange. The coach's feedback feeds your Performance DNA.
Finding a coach who offers it
In coach search, coaches who offer video review show a 🎬 Review · €X chip, and you can use the "accepts video review" filter to show only them. Some coaches are review-only — they offer video reviews without taking live coaching bookings.
Requesting a review
Start from the coach's profile
On the coach's profile, tap Book video review — €X.
Pick the sport and upload your clip
Choose the sport, then upload one clip (MP4, MOV, or WebM, up to 3 minutes and 300 MB). Add an optional note to the coach to set context — what to focus on, what you're working through.
Pay
Pay by iDEAL or card. Your payment is held in escrow while the coach works. They respond by a 7-day deadline.
What the coach does
The coach gets your request in their Video reviews inbox (and a card on their dashboard). In the review workspace they move through tabs — Profile · Submission · Feedback · Chat — to watch your clip and record voice-first feedback. Then they either:
- Deliver feedback — completes the review and releases your payment to them, or
- Decline & refund — sends your payment straight back.
If the coach doesn't deliver by the 7-day deadline, you're automatically refunded.
After delivery
Once the coach delivers, the feedback appears in your Performance DNA consent gate, where you choose to add it to your spider chart or dismiss it — see Performance DNA.
You'll find all your reviews under Bookings → Video reviews, each with its deadline and status. Video reviews don't appear on the calendar — there's no time slot.
